How we bill
You approve the work before you pay for it.
Scope and fees are always agreed in writing first. Full terms live on our Terms & Conditions page and in your engagement agreement.
- The consult is free. We scope the problem and set milestones before anything is billed.
- Invoiced by milestone, after approval. Each milestone is delivered, revised as reasonably needed, and signed off — then invoiced.
- Revisions are included. Reasonable changes to reach the agreed outcome are part of the work, not an add-on.
- Unreached work isn't charged. If a milestone isn't met, you aren't billed for it.
- Pro rata refunds. If a project can't be completed, any paid-but-undelivered milestone is refunded pro rata.
- Stripe or PayPal, in USD. Clear invoices, standard processors, no deposits for undelivered work.
