Every engagement starts with a hard look at where the business actually makes money, then a plan you can act on inside a quarter, not a binder that sits on a shelf.

How we bill
You approve the work before you pay for it.
No deposits, no retainers for undelivered work. We agree the scope and milestones in writing first, then earn each invoice.
- The consult is free. We scope the problem and agree milestones in writing before anything starts.
- Invoices come after approval. You're billed only once a milestone is delivered, revised as needed, and signed off.
- Revisions are included. Reasonable changes to hit the agreed outcome aren't an upsell.
- Unreached work isn't charged. If a milestone isn't met, you don't pay for it — and paid-but-undelivered work is refunded pro rata.
- Pay how you prefer. Stripe or PayPal, invoiced in USD.
